Looking back on the past, our thoughts are fleeting; looking forward to the future, we are full of emotions! The year of 2021 is about to end, in order for to have a better development in the upcoming 2022, ACP specially held the "ACP 2022 strategy exercise" activity from 18th to 19th December !
Ce sont 70 employés qui ont été sélectionnés pour participer à cette activité. Les participants ont été répartis en 7 équipes. Avant le début de l'activité, chaque équipe réfléchissait dur pour son travail d'équipe ; par exemple, créez un nom d'équipe et un slogan spéciaux, qui accompagnent une posture exceptionnelle, pour mieux vous démarquer et obtenir d'excellents résultats de présentation d'équipe.

After the team presentation, we came to the section of collecting ACP's existing problems. In the process of collecting the problems, everyone enthusiastically wrote down the difficulties they encountered in their work. And there's time for everyone to actively ask questions. With the pass of every minute and every second, the morning activities also ended after the problems summary.

In the afternoon, it came to the game of "challenging impossible"--- A small piece of wood must be filled with 10 members of a team, and the team which stands on the wood for the longest time wins. This is not just a simple game, it has very high requirements for skills and team coordination. Some teams persist for more than one minute, but some teams persist for a few seconds only. The afternoon is passed in everyone's continuous experimentation. Only in the experimenting, can we understand what it means "challenge impossible, be the best of yourself".

Comparées à l'épuisement et à la compétition tendue du premier jour, les activités stratégiques du deuxième jour semblaient particulièrement détendues et agréables. Bien qu'elle ait semblé détendue, c'était aussi une journée qui a nécessité un travail de remue-méninges. Le plus gros travail de la deuxième journée est que chaque équipe a discuté de la mission, de la vision et de la valeur d'ACP. Au cours de la discussion d'équipe, tout le monde a activement participé et discuté, puis chaque chef d'équipe a fait une explication très détaillée de la mission, de la vision et de la valeur.

The last section of the strategy activity is the comprehension of "company core competitiveness". During the 40-minute discussion, members of each team analyzed the company's "core competitiveness" from the perspective of ACP. Give examples of the strengths and weaknesses that they think ACP has, and then each team's representative members made detailed interpretations, which also allows each member participating in the strategy activities to have a deeper understanding of our company.

With the end of the analysis of "core competitiveness", the strategy activities have come to an end. During the one and a half day strategy activities, every member who participated was tired but happy. During the process, every department staffs formed a small team, so who were unfamiliar with each other before, could got familiar with each other now. At the end of the activity, the General Manager Louie presented awards to the winning teams and gave a closing speech!
